Officers will often times ask you to blow into a preliminary alcohol screening device, which is really nothing more than a field sobriety test. If you’re 21 or over, you don’t have to do it. So you’re better off not doing any breath testing. You’re better off not doing any field sobriety test because all you’re doing is giving the officer evidence to use against you down the road.
